The Gulf Crisis & The New World Order to make it look like a confrontation between the Christians and the Muslims, or appear as a dispute between the Western nations and the Eastern nations. A plan has been drawn to drag Japan into this conflict. For this purpose a resolution is being put up in the Japanese Assembly to bring about an amendment to a special constitutional provision in Japan to facilitate its participation in the destruction of Iraq. This provision of non intervention was actually proposed by the Western nations for Japan and it binds Japan not to take part in any war away from its country and to not get involved in any military activity outside its own territorial boundaries. A similar law was promulgated for Germany but that has already been changed. This law was enforced in Japan so that the Japanese nation may never think of participating in any future world war. So in pursuit of their animosity with the Muslims they are now involving Japan in this conflict to bring about a total annihilation and destruction of a rising Muslim power so that no one may be able to say that it was only a Western plot. In this way, neither the East and West would be divided, nor Islam and anti-Islamic division would appear. A few Arab states and some Muslim countries are also involved in it to create an impression that the East, the West, and the other world nations were allied together in this activity. Since Japan is a great economic power and its industrial interests are deeply linked with oil-producing countries, therefore they were apprehensive that if Japan stayed aloof then, in the aftermath of this war, if any feelings of hatred arose, the West would be the lone target of such resentments. It was for this purpose that Japan is being brought into the war. In short, Japan has been embroiled in it quite cunningly under a well prepared conspiracy. THE E:SSENCE OF THE GREAT CONSPIRACY Conferences are being held in the Western countries and their scholars are expressing opinions which indicate that a dreadful conspiracy has been hatched to cause an immense damage, not only to the Muslim world, but also to some other Eastern countries; a situation as a result of which, many of these countries may not survive. For long, these countries would keep licking their wounds - not knowing what to do. In the first place, a big war is being thrust upon this area and it involves a huge cost. How would they defray 85
