RIYADH AS-SALIHIN 83 372. Anas relates that a rustic asked the Holy Prophet: When will the. Judgment be? He countered with: What preparation have you made for it?. Ibn Mas'ud relates that a man came to the Holy Prophet and said:. Messenger of Allah, what would you say about one who loves a people but is unable to emulate them? He said: A person will be with those he loves (Bokhari and Muslim). 374. Abu Hurairah relates that the Holy Prophet said: People are mines like mines of gold and silver. Those of them who were best before Islam are best in. Islam, if they have understanding; and souls are like assembled hosts, those who have affinity with each other become attached and those who lack affinity drift away from each other (Bokhari and Muslim). 375.
