" (Matthew 15:24). . From the quotations given above, it is apparent that Jesus' mission was to preach to all twelve tribes of Israel. They were scattered in the eastern countries extending from Palestine to India at the time of. Jesus' appearance. Of the twelve tribes of Israel there were at that time, only two tribes in Palestine. The truth of the matter is that Jesus Christ, after his escape from the cross, migrated to the East in search of the lost sheep. There is ample historical evidence for this supported by the modern 'finds' of archaeology. .
