The Qa si dah The following is the first couplet of the Qa si dah: COUPLET 1 O you who are the fountain of All a h’s beneficence and divine understanding; People throng towards you like the thirsty rushing towards water. The first couplet of this Qa si dah reveals the perfect love of the Promised Messiah as for his beloved. Most poets begin their qa si dahs by describing the physical attributes of their loved ones. They illustrate the prominent qualities or attributes, which remind them of their beloved and the intensity of their love.
