4 The commentary of al-Qa si dah Now the actual text of the Qa si dah with its translation follows and its commentary thereafter. Humbly, Jal a l-ud-D i n Shams At the house of Sheikh Kar i m Bakhsh Sahib, Quetta Cantonment, Pakistan. Note: In this book, wherever I have paraphrased from the books of the Promised Messiah as , I have not referenced his books. However, whenever I have used his actual text, the reference is given. Most historical accounts have been taken from the book Nabyo n k a Sard a r [ The Chief of the Prophets ] written by Hadrat Khal i fatul- Mas ih II ra Mirz a Bashir-ud-Din Ma h m u d Ahmad. In describing the meaning of the difficult words where I have not included the name of the dictionary, they have been taken from al-Munjid , the most famous Arabic dictionary.
