SuB-Footnote Number Three 319 — َو اْوُلَعَج ِهّٰلِل َءٓاَكَرُش َّنِجْلا َو ْمُهَقَلَخ َو اْوُقَرَخ ٗهَل َنْيِنَب َو ٍۭتٰنَب ِرْيَغِب ٍمْلِع ٗهَنٰحْبُس َو ىٰلٰعَت اَّمَع َنْوُفِصَي 1 [ Part ] Number 7 اْۤوُذَخَّتِا ْمُهَراَبْحَا َو ْمُهَناَبْهُر اًباَبْرَا ْنِّم َو ِتَلاَق ُدْوُهَيْلا ُرْيَزُع ُنْب۟ا ِهّٰللا َو ِتَلاَق ىَرٰصَّنلا ُحْيِسَمْلا ُنْبا ِهّٰللا َكِلٰذ ْمُهُلْوَق ْمِهِهاَوْفَاِب َنْؤُـِهاَضُي ِنْوُد ِهّٰللا َو َحْيِسَمْلا َنْبا َمَيْرَم١ۚ َو ۤاَم اْۤوُرِمُا اَّلِا اْۤوُدُبْعَيِل اًهٰلِا اًدِحاَّو١ۚ ۤاَل َهٰلِا اَّلِا َوُه١ؕ ٗهَنٰحْبُس اَّمَع َلْوَق َنْيِذَّلا اْوُرَفَك ْنِم ُلْبَق ُمُهَلَتٰق ُهّٰللا ىّٰنَا َنْوُكَفْؤُي. 2 [ Part ] Number 16— َنْوُكِرْشُي — اَم َناَك ِهّٰلِل ْنَا َذِخَّتَّي ْنِم ٍدَلَّو١ۙ ٗهَنٰحْبُس اَذِا ىٰۤضَق اًرْمَا اَمَّنِاَف ُلْوُقَي ٗهَل ْنُك ُنْوُكَيَف 3 [ Part ] Number 16 َو ُسْمَّشلا َو ُرَمَقْلا َو ُمْوُجُّنلا َو ُلاَبِجْلا َو ُرَجَّشلا َو ُّبٓاَوَّدلا َو ٌرْيِثَك َنِّم ِساَّنلا َو ٌرْيِثَك َّقَح ِهْيَلَع َمْوَي ِةَمٰيِقْلا١ؕ َّنِا َهّٰللا ىٰلَع ِّلُك ٍءْيَش ٌدْيِهَش ْمَلَا َرَت َّنَا َهّٰللا ُدُجْسَي ٗهَل ْنَم يِف ِتٰوٰمَّسلا َو ْنَم يِف ِضْرَاْلا َّنِا َنْيِذَّلا اْوُنَمٰا َو َنْيِذَّلا اْوُداَه َو َنْيِٕـِبّٰصلا َو ىٰرٰصَّنلا َو َسْوُجَمْلا َو َنْيِذَّلا اْۤوُكَرْشَا َّنِا َهّٰللا ُلِصْفَي ْمُهَنْيَب 4 [ Part ] Number 17— ُباَذَعْلا Translation: The existence of Allah, who combines in Himself all per- fect attributes and is worthy of worship, is manifestly proven, because He in Himself is the Living and in Himself is Self-Sustaining. Nothing besides Him is living in itself or is self-sustaining in itself. In other words, nothing besides Him is characterized by life and sustenance on its own, without ‘illat-e-m u jidah [a cause of existence], nor can anything else be regarded as the ‘illat-e-m u jibah [causative factor] of the universe, which has been fashioned with utmost wisdom, and a firm and bal- anced order. This phenomenon proves the existence of the Creator of the universe, who combines in Himself all perfect attributes. An elaboration of this beautiful argument is that it is well established 1.
