Rather, he was a Wal i and Qu t ab , and he always followed the Islamic Sharia. But of course our brother ‘Abbas A fand i has raised another fraud, and laid the foundation of another sharia" 77. This shows that with the exception of ‘Abb a s A fand i all sons of Bah a ’ull a h gave out that their father was a follower of the Islamic Sharia They also said that he had made no new sharia, which plainly means that Aqdas in their estimation also could in no way be compared to the Holy Qur’an,, When Maul a n a Abul ‘A ta ’ interviewed Muhammad ‘Al i in Bhajah, he had said that, as in Islam, he prayed five times a day. As for ‘Abdul Bah a ’ ‘Abb a s A fand i , in 1338 Hijra he decreed that it was not permitted that Aqdas should be printed and published. ( Jaw a b N a m a h Jam a ‘at page 37) This shows that inside his heart he knew quite well that this book had no chance when it came in comparison with the Holy Qur’an.
