112 As the verse: 1 َو اًۢرِّشَبُم ٍلْوُسَرِب ْيِتْاَّي ْۢنِم يِدْعَب ۤٗهُمْسا ُدَمْحَا indicates that a manifestation of the Holy Prophet, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, will appear in the Latter Days, and he will be as though he were his hand 2 ٭ and in the heavens his name will be Ahmad. And he will spread the Faith in its beauty in the manner of Hadrat Mas ih. In the same way, the verse: 3 َواْوُذِخَّتا ْنِم ِماَقَّم َمٖهٰرْبِا ىًّلَصُم 1. S u rah a s - S aff, 61:7 [Publisher] 2. ٭ Note that just as there are two Hands of God,—those of Beauty and Glory—therefore, since the Holy Prophet, may peace and blessings of Allah be on him, is a perfect manifestation of Allah, the Lord of Glory, so he too was granted those two hands of mercy and glory. This verse of the Holy Quran refers to the hand of beauty: َو ۤاَم َكٰنْلَسْرَا اَّلِا ًةَمْحَر َنْيِمَلٰعْلِّل۰۰ Meaning, ‘We have sent thee as an act of mercy upon the whole world. ’ [ S u rah al-Anbiy a ’, 21:108]. While this verse refers to the hand of glory: َو اَم َتْيَمَر ْذِا َتْيَمَر َو َّنِكٰل َهّٰللا ىٰمَر [And thou threwest not when thou didst throw, but it was Allah Who threw ( S u rah al-Anf a l, 8:18)]. And since God Almighty had willed that both these attributes of the Holy Prophet, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, be manifested at their proper times; therefore, God Almighty displayed His attribute of glory through the Prophet’s Companions, may Allah be pleased with them, and the attribute of beauty reached its climax through the Promised Messiah and his group of followers. This verse is indicative of that َو َنْيِرَخٰا ْمُهْنِم اَّمَل اْوُقَحْلَي ْمِهِب [And among others from among them who have not yet joined them ( S u rah al-Jumu‘ah , 62:4)]. Author 3. S u rah al-Baqarah, 2:126 [Publisher]
