Jalsa Salana's (Annual Conventions) Progressive Stages The creation of modern United Nations دان الفَانِ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ اقْتَتَلُوا فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَهُمَا والعدل واشيهما إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِقِينَ ) And it two parties of believers fight against each other, make peace between them; then if after that one of them transgresses against the other, fight the party that trans- gresses until it returns to the command of Allah۔Then if it returns, make peace be- tween them with equity, and act justly۔Verily, Allah loves the just۔(Al-Huja at 10) In 1924, an address by Hazrat Khalifat-ul- Masih II, the Muslih Maud during the Wembley Conference, on the concept of an Islamic United Nations as expounded in the Holy Quran (49:10) greatly impressed the western intellectuals۔Quran holds the Ka'abah (House of God) to be the ab- solute and eternal center of a universal organiza- tion for mankind۔Thus, it is revealed O ان قلا بنت وضِعَ الناس الياف ملة مبركان ه ایست انت تقام المهم من محل كان وَمَن كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ فِي عَنِ الْعَالَمِينَ ) Surely, the first house founded for all mankind is that of Makkah, abounding blessings and guidance for all peoples۔In it are manifest signs; it is the place of Abraham; and who so enters it, is safe۔And pilgrimage to the house is a duty which men-those who can find a way thither owe to Allah۔And who so ever disbelieves, let him remember that Allan is surely independent of all creatures۔(Al-Imrun 97۔98) This verse categorically establishes that the centralized language for this Quranic UNO is "Arabic۔Thus the Promised Messiah, the founder of the Ahmadiyya movement, in his book Minan- ur-Rahman, says:- "And when Ka'abah remains the source of guidance for the whole world, the discem- ible indication is that the center is situated in a place of which the language resembles the language of the whole world۔This very fact proves the truth that Arabic is the mother of all languages۔" (Minenarrahman Pg۔39۔j In the Quranic charter of the League of Nations, world peace and pilgrimage have a deep and lasting relationship with the station of Abraham۔Moulana Moudoodi writes "In order to derive the full benefits of pilgrimage, it was necessary to have a controlling hand in the centre of Islam that could activate the universal power (of mankind); to have a pulsating heart to bear into souls, year after year, the animating energy of righteousness; and above all a brain to contemplate means of communicating the message of Islam throughout the world through millions of 11
