In the Holy Quran, Allah says: The Arabs of the desert say, ‘We believe. ’ Say, ‘You have not believed yet ; but rather say, “We have accepted Islam”, for the true belief has not yet entered into your hearts’. ( S u rah al- H ujur a t, 49:15) Alas! These maulav i s do not hold this point of view. Whenever they declare another sect as k a fir, they also believe them to be ‘non Muslims’—or in other words, outside the pale of Islam. ‘Concessions’ Accorded to Ahmadis In his speech, Maulav i Ludhi a na vi has also talked of the so- called concessions accorded to Ahmadis. He says: We are according concessional treatment to Ahmadis and have not placed any restrictions on them.
