As this booklet was being composed, Ahmadiyyat has already spread to 124 countries. 8 The communities in these countries curse this allegation of Maulav i Ludhi a na vi and make this unequivocal statement that when the Kalimah is recited, Ahmadis are thinking only of the Holy Prophet Muhammad saw. The quotation of Hadrat Mirz a Bash i r Ahmad, that Maulav i Ludhi a na vi refers to, is taken out of its true spirit and meaning, and even worse, Maulav i Ludhi a na vi is attributing his wrong interpretation to all Ahmadis, in spite of our protestations to the contrary. Maulav i Ludhi a na vi has no right to launch the attack on the Ahmadis as he has no knowledge of the unseen. He does not even have knowledge of what is happening in the world; otherwise, he would have considered at least the testimony of a disciple of his own great saint Ashraf ‘Al i Th a nav i, who is reported to have said in a dream ‘ Ashraf ‘Al i Ras u lull a h’ [i. e. Ashraf ‘Al i is the messenger of Allah]. Moreover, even after waking up from the dream, when he tried to recite Dur u d Shar i f, he started saying: [O Allah, bless our chief, our prophet, and our master, Ashraf ‘Al i ].
