In fact children of poor parents assist them in earning bread instead of becoming a burden upon them. Early in their life they are sent to factories such as carpet weaving factories etc. , which helps the economy of the family as well as that of the country. Rich countries raise a hue and cry against this in the name of cruelty to children, but it is only a question of economic survival for the poor countries. Again, the population growth of poor countries compels the population to migrate towards the richer countries where they have better chances of earning higher incomes. It is through the extra income which they send back home that not only do their poor families begin to improve the quality of their life and education but also the country as a whole benefits from the transfer of money from richer countries to the poorer ones. Another benefit of population growth in the poor countries is a constant mixing of people from the third world with the people of the first. It is similar to the winds carrying dust particles from one country to another; thereby constantly mixing them together. It is for these and many more benefits that Allah must have planned the population growth in poverty- stricken countries, but little do the people know. This labour force which is spreading far and wide into the rich countries is such that the rich countries
