Evidence of the Existence of God 265 have contained the word ‘ al a ( ) indicating that this written testimony would stand as witness against many among them. In this regard there is another verse in the Holy Quran, contained in S u rah Ha M i m al-Sajdah, which draws man’s attention to the same fact from two different angles: Soon We will show them Our signs written in the horizons of the earth and also within themselves until it becomes manifest upon them that it, the existence of God , is the truth. Is it not enough that thy Lord is witness over all things? (S u rah Ha M i m al-Sajdah; Ch. 41: V. 54) This is a reminder that the evidence of God’s existence can be seen scattered all over the earth. However, if someone is unable to indulge in this profound elaborate study, he should turn to his own heart and the intricacies of life. Then he would be able to listen to the testimony of His existence from within his own self. Is it not amazing that in every part of the world man has some sort of belief in God!
