86. And thou wilt not cease to discover treachery on their part, except in a few of them. So pardon them and turn away from them. Surely, Allah loves those who do good. (5:14). ZABOOR WAS GIVEN TO PROPHET DAVID وَرَبُّكَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَن فِي السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَلَقَدْ فَضَّلْنَا بَعْضَ النَّبِ عَلَى بَعْضٍ وَمَا تَيْنَا دَاوُدَ زَبُورًا. And thy Lord knows best those that are in the heavens and the earth. And We exalted some of the Prophets over the others, and to David We gave a Book. (17:56). JESUS WAS COMMANDED TO FULFIL WHAT. WAS REVEALED IN TORAH: GOD GAVE HIM. INJEEL WHICH CONTAINED GUIDANCE وَقَفَيْنَا عَلَى اثَرِهِم بِعِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ مُصَدِ قَا لِمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ مِنَ التَّوْرَيَةِ وَعَاتَيْنَهُ الإنجيلَ فِيهِ هُدًى وَنُورٌ وَ مُصَدِّقًا لِمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ مِنَ التَّوْرَةِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةً لِلْمُتَّقِينَ. And We caused Jesus, son of Mary, to follow in their footsteps, fulfilling that which was revealed before him in the Torah; and We gave him the Gospel which contained guidance and light, fulfilling that which was revealed before it in the Torah, and a guidance and an admonition for the God-fearing.
