68 say, nor when you have consorted with your wives, except during the course of a journey, until you have bathed. And if you are ill or you are on a journey while unclean, or if one of you comes from the privy or you have consorted with your wives and you find no water, then betake yourselves to pure dust and wipe there with your faces and your hands. Surely Allah is Most Indulgent,. Most Forgiving. (4:44). KEEP FASTS IN THE MONTH OF RAMADHAN يَأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الصِّيَامُ كَمَا كُتِبَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ أَيَا مَا مَعْدُودَاتٍ فَمَن كَانَ مِنكُم مرِيضًا أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَ وَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ يُطِيقُونَهُ فِدْيَةٌ طَعَامُ مِسْكِينٍ فَمَن تَطَوَّعَ خَيْرًا فَهُوَ خَة لَهُ وَأَن تَصُومُوا خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ ). O believers! fasting is prescribed for you, as it was prescribed for those before you, so that you may become righteous. Fasting is for a fixed number of days, but whoso among you is sick or is on a journey shall fast the same number of other days; and for those who are able to fast only with great difficulty is an expiation - the feeding of a poor man. . And whoso does a good deed with willing obedience, it is better for him. And fasting is good for you if you only knew. (2:184,185)
