Allah says:. We put in motion wind carrying moisture, then We send down fresh water from the clouds, wherewith We provide you with drink. You could not have stored it up for yourself. (15:23) اللهُ الَّذِي يُرْسِلُ الرِيحَ فَنُشِيرُ سَحَابًا فَيَسْطه في السَّمَاءِ كَيْفَ يَشَاءُ وَيَجعَلَهُ، كَسَفَا فَتَرَى الودقَ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ خِلَالِهِ فَإِذَا أَصَابَ بِهِ مَن يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ إِذَا هُمْ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ ب وَإِن كَانُوا مِن قَبْلِ أَن يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْهِم مِّن قَبْلِهِ لَمُبْلِمِينَ ) فَانظُرْ إِلَى اثَرِ رَحْمَتِ اللَّهِ كَيْفَ يُتِي الْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ. It is Allah Who sends the winds so that they raise a cloud. . Then he spreads it in the sky as He pleases and forms it layer upon layer and you see rain coming therefrom. . When he causes it to fall on whom He pleases of His servants, they rejoice thereat; though before its coming. down they were in despair. Observe, then, the token of. Allah's mercy; how He revives the earth after its death. (30:49-51). Allah says: أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ أَنزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَسَلَكَهُ يَنَبِيعَ فِي الْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ يُخْرِجُ بِهِ زَرْعًا تُخْتَلِفًا أَلْوَانُهُ ثُمَّ يَهِيجُ فَتَرَكَهُ مُصْفَراتُم تجعله حُطاماً إنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَذِكْرَى لِأُولِي الأَلْبَبِ ) 43
