32 يُولِحُ اللَّيْلَ فِي النَّهَارِ وَيُولِجُ النَّهَارَ فِي اليل. He causes the night to pass into the day and causes the day to pass into the night. (57:7) إِنَّ فِي خَلْقِ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَاخْتِلَافِ الَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ لَا يَتِ لِأُولِي الْأَلْبَابِ. Allah says:. In the creation of the heavens and the earth and in the alteration of the night and the day there are indeed signs for men of understanding. (3:191) هُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ الشَّمْسَ ضِيَاء وَالْقَمَرَ نُورًا وَقَدَّرَهُ مَنَازِلَ لِتَعْلَمُوا عَدَدَ السّنِينَ وَالْحِسَابَ. He it is Who made the sun radiate a brilliant light and the moon reflect a lustre, and appointed stages for it, that you may keep count of years and for the reckoning of time. (10:6) الشَّمْسُ وَالْقَمَرُ بِحُسْبَانٍ. The sun and moon move according to a fixed reckoning. (55:6)
