196. And whoso seeks a religion other than Islam, it shall not be accepted from him, and in the life to come he shall be among the losers. (3:86). ALLAH GAVE THE NAME ISLAM TO THIS. RELIGION. E وَجَهِدُوا فِي اللهِ حَقَّ جِهَادِهِ، هُوَ اجْتَبَنَكُمْ وَمَا جَعَلَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ مِن حَرَجٌ مِلَّةَ أَبِيكُمْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ هُوَ سَمَّنكُمُ المُسلِمِينَ مِن قَبْلُ وَفِي هَذَا اليَكُونَ الرَّسُولُ شَهِيدًا عَلَيْكُمْ وَتَكُونُوا شُهَدَاءَ عَلَى النَّاسِ فَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَوَةَ وَ أَتُوا الزَّكَوةَ وَاعْتَصِمُوا بِاللَّهِ هُوَ مَوْلَنَكُمْ فَنِعْمَ الْمَوْلَى وَنِعْمَ النَّصِيرُ. And strive in the cause of Allah as it behoves you to strive for it. He has chosen you, and has laid no hardship upon you in religion; so follow the faith of your father Abraham;. He (God) named you Muslims both before and in this. Book, so that the Messenger may be a witness over you, and that you may be witnesses over mankind. Therefore observe Prayer and pay the Zakat, and hold fast to Allah. . He is your Master. An excellent Master and an excellent. . Helper! (22:79).
