1 ۡمِ ي ِ ا هّٰللِّٰ الرَّحۡمٰن ِ الرَّحِ بِسۡم 2 َرِیۡمِ ک ی ۡ عَلٰی رَسُوۡلِه ِ الۡ ِّ نَحۡمَدُہ ٗ وَنُصَل Minutes of the First Meeting of the Majlis Mu’tamad i n S adr Anjuman Ahmadiyya Held on January 29, 1906 A. D. In attendance were: ❒ Hadrat Maulaw i Noor-ud-Deen—President ❒ Kh a n Sahib Muhammad ‘Al i Kh a n ❒ Sahibz a da Bash i rudd i n Ma h mood Ahmad ❒ Maul a w i Sayyid Muhammad A h san ❒ Khaw a ja Kam a lud D i n ❒ Doctor Sayyid Muhammad H ussain—the Secretary of the Board. Since it was most urgent and essential to issue some important instructions and grant certain permissions, and since there was not enough time to inform members living outside Qadian, this meeting was held with the permission of Hadrat Im a m as [The Promised Messiah as], after his approval of the by-laws. 1.
