Chapter Thirteen—Yus Asaph and Jesus 197 • Someone who used to speak in parables; • A stranger who came from the west some 1900 years ago; and • Named ‘Yus Asaph’ and called ‘Issa’ as well. Having ascertained these facts, it is not difficult to identify the occupant of the tomb. There has been no prince in the past to whom this distinction might apply other than Prince Jesus the Son of David. • Jesus was a prince, being called the Son of David 1 whom God exalted to be a prince, 2 and the Prince of the Kings of the earth. 3 • Jesus was a nabi , i. e. , a prophet of God to the lost sheep of the House of Israel. He journeyed from Palestine to preach the word of God to the Israelites in Afghanistan and Kashmir. • Jesus spoke in parables. He called his preaching Bushra (Gospel) and compared his disciples to birds. The parable of the sower is mentioned in Matthew (13:3) and ‘without a par- able spake he not unto them. ’ 4 • He travelled from Palestine to Kashmir some 1900 years ago.
