WA S IYYAT RULES 6 Rule 17. Subject to the Rules of Wa s iyyat , the Majlis Karpardaz may, for the effective enforcement of the Rules, frame regulations relating to H i ss a A mad , H i ss a Jai'dad , payment of Tarka , burial, tombstones, lay-out of the graves and other administrative matters relating to Wa s iyyat and Bahishti Maqbarah and enforce such regulations after the approval of S adr Anjuman Ahmadiyya Pakistan. Rule 18. For the achievement of aims and objects of Wa s iyyat and the institution of Wa s iyyat, Majalis M usi an shall be set up in the local Jam a‘ ats and such Maj a lis shall work under the guidance of the Secretary Majlis Karpardaz. ELIGIBILITY AND QUALIFICATION FOR WA S IYYAT Rule 19. The prospective M usi must be a believer in the Promised Messiah in all his claims and must be a M u b ai ‘ Ahmad i. Rule 20. An Ahmad i who has attained the age of majority (which is generally 15 years) shall be competent to make Wa s iyyat. However when the legal age of majority differs from the age of majority prescribed by Shari'ah the Wa s iyyat shall be renewed after the attainment of majority according to law of the land. Rule 21. Every prospective M usi must be 'a God-fearing person must abstain from the prohibitions and must not indulge in any act that savours of Shirk or harmful innovation and should be simple and straight Muslim' and, 'to the best of his ability, should live in accordance with the Islamic Teachings and should strive in the ways of righteousness and purity a Muslim with Faith in Unity of Allah and true belief in His
