WA S IYYAT RULES 3 MAJLIS KARPARDAZ MA SA LI H QABSRISTAN (E XECUTIVE C OMMITTEE FOR A DMINISTRATION OF G RAVEYARD A FFAIRS ) Rule 3. There shall be a Committee to be named as Majlis Karpardaz Ma sa li h Qabrist a n , at the Centre of the Jam a‘ at , for all administrative matters relating to Wa s iyyat and Bahishti Maqbarah. This Committee shall be deemed to be N az ir (Executive Incharge) of the Department of Bahishti Maqbarah. 1 Rule 4. Majlis Karpardaz shall consist of at least five members among whom ‘there shall always be at least two members who are well versed in Qur’an and Hadith, have good knowledge of Arabic and are fully conversant with the literature of the Jam a‘ at Ahmadiyya’. (Appendix to Al-Wasiyyat , Clause 16) One representative from Ta h r i k Jad i d Anjuman Ahmadiyya shall be included among the members. 2 Rule 5. The appointment of members of Majlis Karpardaz shall be made with approval of Hadrat Khal i fatul Masih.
