vii 3. Those aspects which exclusively relate to administrative matters have been classified in the form of Instructions in one place. In this regard, wherever possible in the basic rules, the exact words have been used from the booklet Al-Wasiyyat , the appendix to this booklet, or the resolutions passed by the aforementioned first meeting.
