The motivation and promotion of Ta‘l i mul Qur’an and Waqf A r di scheme in a local Jam a‘ at shall be the responsibility of the Majlis M usi an. The Chairman of the Majlis M usi an shall, with the help and cooperation of the M usi s , endeavour to meet the demands of Ta‘l i mul Qur’an and Waqf ‘ A r di schemes. 18. The Majlis M usi an shall procure a reasonable number of Waqf i n ‘ A r di commensurate with the number and condition of the local Jam a‘ at. 19. It shall be the duty of Majlis M usi an to achieve the cent per cent target of Ta‘limul Qur'an amongst its members and ensure that there is no M usi who does not know even bare reading of the Holy Qur’an. 20. It shall be the duty of Majlis M usi an to endeavour in the dissemination of the light of the Holy Qur’an and for that purpose work under the directions of the local Jam a‘ at , the department of Ta‘l i mul Qur’an and the office of Bahishti Maqbarah. ASSISTANCE AND GUIDANCE OF MUS I S 21. It shall be the duty of Majlis M usi an to keep the M usi s informed of the Wa s iyyat Rules, the relevant Regulations and Instructions by convening meetings or through other means. 22. It shall be the duty of Majlis M us ian to emphasize and explain to all the M usi s of the Jam a‘ at the importance of submission of their declarations, under Rule 69, on receipt of their annual accounts, and also to have their accounts up-
