WA S IYYAT RULES 11 Rule 41. S adr Anjuman Ahmadiyya Pakistan shall be competent to refuse acceptance of a Wa s iyyat without assigning any reason thereof. The decision of S adr Anjuman Ahmadiyya Pakistan shall in all respects be final. Rule 42. Majlis Karpardaz shall, after due acceptance of Wa s iyyat , issue a certificate to the M usi under its common seal and signature. (Appendix to Al-Wasiyyat Clause 3) Rule 43. Should a person desirous of making Wa s iyyat meet a sudden death after having initiated proceedings of Wa s iyyat though he may not have completed the prescribed form — his Wa s iyyat may be considered for acceptance after death on the basis of reliable evidence, provided: 1. The deceased otherwise came up to all requirements of Wa s iyyat and it can be expected if sudden death had not intervened there would have been no impediment in the acceptance of his Wa s iyyat. 2. His heirs are willing and prepared to pay without delay H i ss a Wa s iyyat of his Tarka. 3. Circumstances do not suggest any negative possibilities such as: a. Failure to advert to Wa s iyyat for a long time despite having means b. Mere expression of desire without taking any positive steps for a reasonably long period c. Initiating proceedings of Wa s iyyat at a time when a lesser financial sacrifice is involved d. Having obvious blemish on some religious aspect like: i. Negligence in saying prayers
