18 or unnecessary. This campaign proceeds routinely as well, and every month the exchange of letters probably reaches the extent of 300 to 700 or as many as 1,000. The fifth branch of this [divine] movement, which God Almighty has established through His special revelation and inspiration, is the system of votaries and those taking the bai‘at [pledge of initiation]. Accordingly, He informed me at the time of establishing this jam a ‘at [community]: وج رك � ی یتشک طیار ی س وطافن ےک وتق م وتا وطافن ِ الضتل رباپ ےہ ی م ن ی زم ی وساروہ اگ وہ رغق وہےن ےس اجنت اپ اجےئ اگ اور وج ااکنر م ی صخش اس یتشک م ےہ. ش ی پ رےہ اگ اس ےک ےئل ومت در� The earth is covered with the flood of error. You should prepare this ark in this time of flood so that whoever boards this ark would be delivered from being drowned and whoever will persist in denial will face death. He also said: ٰیل ہکلب دخا اعت ی ہ ن � ی ی رے اہھت م ت اہھت دے اگ اُس ےن � ی ی رے اہھت م ت وجصخش � اہھت د�یا. ی ےک اہھت م Whoever pledges his hand in your hand, pledges it not in your hand, but the Hand of Almighty God. Furthermore, the Lord God gave me the glad tiding: I will cause you to die, and exalt you towards Me, and I will cause your follow - ers to prevail over your deniers till the Day of Judgement. This is a fivefold movement that God Almighty has established
