as 62 learnt that Jesus as was alive and well, he said, ‘Unless I see the scars of the nails in his hands and put my finger on those scars and my hand in his side I will not believe. ’1 So when he met Jesus as along with other disciples, Jesus as showed him where the nails were and told Thomas to thrust his finger into the place where the nails were, and into his side to see for himself that he was alive with the same body and not a ghost. Thus, the prophecy that Jesus as made was proved to the letter. Just as Jonah as entered the whale’s body alive, remained in it alive, though unconscious, and came out of it alive, so Jesus as entered the tomb alive, remained there alive, though unconscious, and came out alive.
