It has given an impetus to human intellect in its inquisitiveness and thus laid distinct founda- tions for a great and singular cultural structure. ( Ibid. , p. 6–7) Have you followed their logic? They are trying to say that their concept of Khatm-e-Nubuwwat has brought the Islamic culture into being and has sustained it. What about the 124,000 Prophets gone by? None of them was Kh a ta- mun-Nabiyy i n yet they had a culture. What was the basis of their culture? Belief in Khatm-e-Nubuwwat and Fundamentals of the Islamic Faith As far as the belief in Khatm-e-Nubuwwat is concerned, we Ahmad i s have firm faith in it. As I have stated earlier, we do not agree with the interpretation of Khatm-e-Nubuwwat, these people put forward, because it is an innovation that is in vogue today.
