PRAYERS 75 reciting this prayer while circuiting the Ka‘bah. 2َﺬَابَ اﻟﻨَّﺎر ﺣَﺴَﻨَﺔً وَّ ىفِ اﻵْﺧِﺮَةِ ﺣَﺴَﻨَﺔً وَّﻗِﻨَﺎ ىفِ اﻟﺪُّﻧﻴَﺎ رَﺑَّﻨَﺎ اٰﺗِﻨَﺎ. 132 O Lord, grant us the best of this world as well as the best in the world to come and shield us from the torment of the Fire. Note : It is recorded that this prayer should also be repeated in Muzdalifah. Prayers for S af a and Marwah Hadrat ‘Abdull a h bin Ab i ‘Auf a ra relates that the Holy Prophet sa used to say 'All a hu Akbar' twenty one times while running between S af a and Marwah. 133 Hadrat J a bir ra narrates that when the Holy Prophet sa climbed mount S af a during the H ajj and saw the Ka‘bah , he repeated these words three times: ْ ﻻ َ اِﻟªٰ َ اِﻻ َّ اﷲ ُ وَﺣ ﺪَہ ْ ﻻ َ ﺷَﺮِﻳ ªَﻟ َ ک ، ُْ ْ ﻟªَ ُ امل َْ ﻠ ْ ک ُ وَﻟªَ ُ احل ِّ ﻤ ُﻞL ٰ _َ2 َ ﺪ ُ و َ ﻫُﻮ َْ Õ ْ ءٍ ﻗَﺪِﻳ ﺮٌ. 134 There is none worthy of worship except All a h. He is One and has no partner. Sovereignty belongs to Him and all praise. He has power over everything. Note:-Other narrations also record that these three sentences were repeated in ‘Araf a t. Prayer of Ibne ‘Umar on visiting Mount S af a While performing H ajj , Hadrat ‘Adullah bin ‘Umar offered this prayer on mount S af a : ْ َ اَﻟﻠّٰﻬُﻢَّ اِﻧَّک َ ﻗُﻠ ﺖ ã ْ ْ اُد ِْ ﻋُﻮ ْىن ْ اَﺳ ْﺘَﺠِﺐ ﻟَکُﻢ ä َ ُْ وَ اِﻧَّک َ ﻻ ِْ خت ﻠِﻒ ُ امل َﻴﻌَﺎد َ ، ْ و ْ اِىن ِّ اَﺳ ِْ ﺎَﻟُک َ کَﻤَﺎ ﻫَﺪَﻳ Zَْىن ْ ﻟِﻼِۡﺳ ِْﻼَم ِ اَن َﺗ َّ ﻻ ﻋªَ ِْ ْﻣِىن ِّ ،ﺣَىت ّٰ ﺗَﺘَﻮَﻓَّﺎىن ﻣُﺴ وَاَﻧَﺎ ﻠِﻢٌ. 135 O All a h , You Yourself have promised, supplicate and I will listen to your prayers. You are never in default of Your promises. I pray to You in the
