PRAYERS 199 inheritors (Nuz u lul-Mas ih , page 5, R uha n i Khaz a ’in, vol. 19, page 97) Our Jam a ‘at should recite this verse frequently in the last ' rak‘ a t ' after ruk u ‘ (Malf uza t, vol. 1, page 6) رَﺑَّﻨَﺎ اٰﺗِﻨَﺎ ىفِ اﻟﺪُّﻧْﻴَﺎ ﺣﺴﻨﺔ َ ◌ً وَّىف ِ اﻻْٰﺧِﺮ  ة ﺣﺴﻨﺔ ِ 2َﺬَاب َ اﻟﻨَّﺎر ◌ً وَّﻗِﻨَﺎ. (Al-Baqarah 2:202) O Lord, Grant us good in this world as well as good in the world to come, and protect us from the torment of the Fire. The Promised Messiah as said: "These days A dam as’ s (Adam) prayer should be recited. This prayer has already been accepted. " (Malf uza t, vol. 2, page 577) ْ رَﺑَّﻨَﺎﻇَﻠَﻤْﻨَﺎ اَﻧْﻔُﺴَﻨَﺎ وَاِن ْ ﻟَّﻢ ْ ﺗَﻐْﻔِﺮْﻟَﻨَﺎ وَﺗَﺮ ﺣﻤْﻨﺎ َ َ ﻟَﻨَکُﻮْﻧَﻦ َّ ﻣِﻦ اخلَْﺎﺳِﺮِﻳْﻦ. (Al-A‘r a f 7:24) O Lord, we have wronged ourselves; and if You forgive us not and have not mercy on us, we shall surely be of the lost The Promised Messiah as advised Hadrat Sayyidah Naw a b Mub a rakah Begum Sahibah, in a vision to tell his Jam a ‘at to recite this prayer very frequently. (Al-Fa d l, January 3, 1974 page 4) َ رَﺑَّﻨﺎ َ ﻻَﺗُﺰِغ ْ ﻗُﻠُﻮْﺑَﻨَﺎ ﺑَﻌْﺪ َ اِذ ْ ﻫَﺪَﻳZَْﻨَﺎ وَﻫَﺐ ْ ﻟَﻨَﺎ ﻣِﻦ ْ ﻟَّﺪُﻧْک ْ ً رﺣ ﻤﺔ َ ُ اِﻧَّک اَﻧْﺖ َ اﻟْﻮَﻫَّﺎب. ( A l-e-‘Imr a n 3:9) O Lord, let not our hearts become perverse after You have guided us; and bestowed upon us Your mercy. Surely You alone are the Bestower. " Qur’ a nic Prayers Revealed to the Promised Messiah as ٌْ َ اَﻟﻠªُّٰ ﺧَري ُ ﺣَﺎﻓِﻈًﺎ وَّﻫُﻮ َ اَرْﺣ ﻢ ا ﺮ َْ ِِ . (Y u suf 12: 65)
