PRAYERS 124 ْ ِْ وَﺗُﻄَﻬِّﺮ َ ﻗَﻠ ْىب ِْ وَحتَُﺼِّﻦ َ ﻓَﺮ ýْ ِْ وَﺗُﻨَﻮِّر َ ﻗَﻠ ْىب ِْ وَﺗَﻐ ْﻔِﺮ َ ىل ِْ ذَﻧ ْىب َ وَاَﺳ ْ ﺎَﻟُک َْ اﻟﺪَّرَﺟَﺎتِ اﻟ ﻌُ_ٰ ﻣِﻦَ اجل ﻨَّﺔِ. 246 O All a h , I beg You for the ability to offer the best prayers. I pray to You for the best success, the best actions, the best reward, the best life and best death. Make me steadfast and increase the count of my good deeds. demonstrate the truth of my faith, raise my rank, accept my s al a t and forgive me my sins. I beg You to bestow upon me a high rank in Heaven. A m i n. O All a h , I beseech You for a good beginning and end of every blessing, the start and finish and hidden and manifest aspects of the words of blessings and a high status in Paradise. A m i n. O All a h , I pray to You to bestow upon me a good name, lighten my burden, put my affair in order, purify my heart, protect my private parts, infuse light into my heart and forgive my sins. I pray for a high status in Heaven. A m i n. O All a h , I beg You to bless my hearing and my sight, my soul and my body and my morals. Shower blessings on my family and children, my life and death and my actions. Accept my good deeds. I beg You to bestow a high rank upon me in Heaven. A m i n. Prayer for a Pious Outer and Inner Self Hadrat ‘Umar ra relates that the Holy Prophet sa taught me this prayer: ْ ْ اَﻟﻠّٰﻬُﻢ َّ اﺟ ْﻌَﻞ ِْ ﺳَﺮِﻳ Çًَْﺮ ْ ﺧَري ِْا ﻣِّﻦ 2َْﻼَﻧِ[َىت ْ ،وَاﺟ ِْﻌَﻞ 2ََّﻼَﻧِ[َىت ِّْ ﺻَﺎحلَِﺔ ً اَﻟﻠّٰﻬُﻢ ْاِىن ْ اَﺳ ُﺎَﻟُک َ ﻣِﻦ ۡ ﺻَﺎحل ِِ ﻣَﺎ ﺗ َ ﺆ Çَۡ ِ اﻟﻨَّﺎس َ ﻣِﻦ ْ اﻻ َْ ﻫ ْ ﻞ ِ وَامل َْ ﺎل ِ وَاﻟ ُْﻮَﻟَﺪ ِ 5َري ِّ اﻟﻀَّﺎل ِّ وَامل ﻀِﻞ. 247
