PRAYERS 214 The following prayer was also revealed to The Promised Messiah as َ ِّ ر ْب اَﺻْﻠِﺢ ﺍﻣﺔ ٍ ◌َ حمَُﻤَّﺪ. Lord, reform the people of Muhammad sa. The source of this prayer appears to be the prayer of the Holy Prophet sa when he was persecuted at Ta ’if. O my Guardian, my Beloved Master, I leave the answer to this person's abuse, curses and name calling to You. If it is Your will, then Your will is my will. I do not wish anything better than Your pleasure. My heart is not hidden from You. Your eyes see my innermost self. If there is any discrepancy in me remove it. I seek refuge in Your countenance from any vice which You find in me. O my Beloved Guide, if I have chosen the path of destruction, You save me from it and make me perform the deeds that please You. My soul tells me that You are with me and will remain with me. Since You have informed me that You are with me, and since You addressed me with the words, َ اِىن ِّْ ﻣُﻬِ ني ٌْﻣَﻦ ْ اَرَادَاِﻫَﺎﻧَﺘَک and since You told me out of kindness and benevolence َ اَﻧْﺖ ُ ﻻ َﻳَ ﻌْﻠَﻤُﻬَﺎ اخلَْﻠْﻖ ٍ ﻟﺔ ِْ ﻣِىن ِّْ مبَِ my spirit has revived.
