Principles to Promote World Peace in the Light of Islamic Teachings Friday Sermon by His Holiness Mirza Masroor Ahmad, Fifth Successor to the Promised Messiah Delivered on June 22, 2007 in London After reciting Tashahhud, Ta‘awwudh, and S u rah al-F a ti h ah, H u du r aba said: When disorder spreads everywhere in the world and peace appears to be elusive, as we all know, Allah, the Exalted, sends prophets for the reformation of His creation and to save His servants from this turmoil. When righteousness totally disappears from the world, it is at such times that prophets are sent. We observe that fourteen hundred years ago when righteousness had disappeared from the earth completely, and when discord was at its peak both on land and water, Allah, the Exalted, created the means to save the world from this turmoil by revealing His last law to the Holy Prophet Muhammad (may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
