Abdul Hafeez's argument that the challenge to Mubahala issued by Hadhrat Mirza Tahir Ahmad'say 'is wrong and openly disregards Quranic law in as much that it does not fix a time and a place 160 is thoroughly false and so is his other statement that: 'by not specifying the time and place, you have openly disobeyed Quranic orders. Just as in the verse of Mubahilla [Verse No, 61, Surah 3] Prophet of Allah has specified the time & place for Mubahilla with Christians of Najran, and this is the only way according to Quran. '161. This statement is a blatant lie against the Holy Quran since the aforementioned Quranic verse cited in evidence does not, in any manner whatsoever, even remotely, specify the time and the place for a Mubahala as asserted by the pir of Gujjo. The only thing it states is: 'And whoso disputeth with thee concerning him, after the knowledge which hath come unto thee, say [unto him]: Come!. We will summon our sons and your sons, and our women and your women, and ourselves and yourselves, then we will pray humbly [to our Lord] and [solemnly] invoke the curse of Allah upon those who lie.
