This newspaper reads in its April 19, 1907 issue: The Jews have been denounced in the Holy Qur’an for the reason that they accept part of the scriptures while they reject others. Alas, this evil is found espe- cially within us, the Ahle H ad i th, these days. The method by which we want to reform our opponents leads to further spread of immorality rather than morality. ( Ahle H ad i th , April 19, 1907) The opponents of Ahmadiyyat flaunt those a ha d i th in which it says that after the Holy Prophet Muhammad sa there will be thirty false claimants to prophethood, and all of them would be dajj a l [antichrist]. Similarly they draw attention to the h ad i th: 10 Whereas they fail to mention the h ad i th asserting that the Promised Messiah shall be a Prophet of Allah and not be among the dajj a l. They hide this h ad i th. And they com- pletely forget the h ad i th in which it is said: 11 10. There is no prophet after me. 11. will be the worst of all creatures.
