163 HADRAT MIRZA GHULAM AHMADAS دادی خبر وفات عیسی کو بود نهان بدفتر علم You have given us the news of the death of Īsā [Jesus], Which was previously concealed in the book of knowledge. فرخنده بمان که تازه کردی ز بلنده لباس در بر علم May you always be happy, for you have fulfilled [the promise], O one clad in the beautiful raiment of knowledge! آن وعده که عالم زمانه بینم کر دست بما ز داور علم The promise which was made by the sage of the all the times [i. e. Holy Prophetsas], That he received from the Arbiter of knowledge [God]; به رخت نشان موعود گونیست مرا بصائر علم I discern on your blessed face the signs of the Promised One, Though I am not well versed in academic arguments. تو مہدی و بادی زمانی تو عیسی و خوش پیمبر علم You are the Mahdi [Guided One] and guide of the age, You are Īsā and the cherished emissary of knowledge. دست در پنی گلوی دجال داری تو کشیده خنجر علم Your hand is on the throat of Dajjal [the Antichrist]; In your hand is drawn the dagger of knowledge. بر رو ہمہ عالمان صورت دارند حجاب اكبر علم The worldly scholars have their faces covered, With the great veil of knowledge.
