۳۵۸ اخبار نیولائبیری" نے اسی خیر اور تصویر کو اس عنوان سے شائع کیا۔AHMAPIYYA MISSIONARY MEETS ANGLICAN ARCHBISHOP یعنی مبلغ احمدیت کی آرچ بشپ سے ملاقات۔لائبیریا کے سب سے قدیم اور وقیع اخبار " لائبیرین ایچ نے اسی خبر کو نمایاں ترین رنگ میں آرچ بشپ کی تصویر کے ہمراہ شائع کرتے ہوئے لکھا کہ آپ کے حالیہ دورہ کے دوران احمدیہ مسلم مشن کے نمائندے آپ کا استقبال کر رہے ہیں بغیر کا مکمل انگریزی متن اور ترجمہ دوست ذیل ہے : ARCHBISHOP TO HOLD MUSLIM CHRISTIAN DIALOGUE IT was indeed a memorable occasion in the history of Liberia when the Most Reverend Rt۔Honourable Frederic Donald Coggan D۔D۔Archbishop of Canterbury set his foot, for the first time on the soil of this oldest African Republic۔He was welcomed by all and particularly by the members and officials of the Protestant Epis- copal Church۔This is not all۔He was as well heartily welcomed by A۔K۔Shahid, Amir and Missionary Incharge of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission, Liberia who presented him a letter declaring his visit and auspicious, and appro- priate occasion to remind him about the British Council of Churches letter to the Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission London, dated May 25, 1978, inviting them to a dialogue on: "THE DELIVERANCE OF JESUS FROM THE CROSS”۔This invitation was duly accepted by the Supreme Head of the Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam, during the concluding session of the international conference on the above subject in London, on June 4, 1978۔He further suggested that those conversations should be held in an atmosphere of love and courtesy in London, Rome a West African capital, an Asian capital, and in the United States of America adding that the Roman Catholic Church should also be included in the proposed dialogue۔It is noteworthy that the Ahmadiyya Movement does not believe in the accursed death of Jesus (Peace be on him) at the hands of the Jews۔Under a Divine scheme to save him, he was taken down from the cross alive while he was in a deep 1444 ه ۲۳ / مارچ ۱۹۷۹ء ۲۹ مارچ ۱۹۵۶
