1092 (13) Hadrat Khalifatul Masih II ra said during the meeting of Mush a warat in 1936: I am Khalifah because even before the Khilafat of Hadrat Khalifatul Masih I ra the Promised Messiah as had, on the basis of revelation from God Almighty, said that I would be Khalifah. Thus I am not only Khalifah but am a Promised Khalifah. [Report of Majlis-e-Mush a warat, 1936, p. 17] (13A) Hadrat Sayyedah Maryam S idd i qah [wife of Hadrat Khalifatul Masih II ra ] reports on the basis of a document by Hadrat Navv a b Mub a rakah Begum ra that: The Promised Messiah as received a revelation: [Urdu] An accident on the upper floor. Upon receiving this revelation the Promised Messiah as advised me not to go to the upper floor often. (14) Ha fi z Su f i Ghul a m Muhammad of Maritius narrates that the Promised Messiah as said: It came to my mind once that I should write a book setting out the bounties that Allah had bestowed upon me. When I was about to start on this project, I saw in a vision that heavy rain was falling and God said to me: If you can count these drops of rain you will be able to number My bounties. Then I gave up the idea.
