A PPENDIX 1111 [al- H akam, vol. 44, no. 20–23, dated 7, 14, 21, 28 August 1942, p. 3, Register Riw a y a t-e- S a ha bah, vol. 3, p. 145] (62) A Sikh of Mitha Tiwana, Shahpur District, brought his son, who was probably suffering from tuberculosis, to Qadian for treatment by Hadrat Maulav i N u r-ud-D i n ra. The father used to ask the Promised Messiah as to pray for his son’s recovery. The Promised Messiah as supplicated for the young man and a prescription was revealed to him which was used under the care of Hadrat Maulav i Sahib and the young man recovered. I [Munsh i Z afar Ahmad of Kapurthala] asked him: Do they belong to Qadian? and he answered: No. Then I asked him: Do they belong to Kapurthala? And he answered: No, Kapurthala is like a part of Qadian. One of his favourite wives was suffering from tuberculosis, and could not survive despite all treatments. Allah the Almighty conveyed this condition to the Promised Messiah as.
