352 1895 (A) God turned my attention towards the investigation of languages and helped me to test several of them. God, then taught me that Arabic is the mother of all languages, is comprehensive of the qualities of different languages, and is the true language of man revealed by Allah the Almighty. It is the culmination of the creation of man, which has been disclosed by the Best of Creators. [Minanur-Ra h m a n, p. 22, R uha n i Khaz a ’in, vol. 9, p. 166] (B) I have been taught the secrets of languages and their true place and I have been provided with knowledge of the relationship between words and their secrets. In the same way, high mysteries and great points have been disclosed to me. [Minanur-Ra h m a n, pp. 38–39, R uha n i Khaz a ’in, vol. 9, pp. 182–183] 1895 It has been disclosed to me that this verse 393 has reference to the qualities of the Arabic language and indicates that it is the mother of languages. The Qur’an is the mother of all revealed books and Mecca is the mother of the whole earth.
