My people would kill me (that is, designed to kill me) but how will they achieve their purpose from a place far away? ] [From a writing of Maulav i Qu t b-ud-D i n c/o H ak i m ‘Abdul-La ti f Of Gujrat] April 17, 1895 The Promised Messiah as received the revelation: 1261 H ak i m ‘Abdul-La ti f of Gujrat states that this date was written on the Holy Qur’an belonging to H ak i m Maulav i Qu t b-ud-D i n ra , [Jalal-ud- Din Shams] 1262 Note by Hadrat Maul ana Jalal-ud-Din Shams ra : P i r Sir a jul- H aqq No’m a n i ra writes in the footnote of page 64 of al-Bushr a : This revelation was narrated to me by Maulav i Ha fi z Ahmadull a h of Nagpur. …who said that this revelation, which is written on his copy of the Holy Qur’an. . . . was narrated by the Promised Messiah as in Mub a rak Mosque.
