(American Edition) 62 ُْ ُْکُْکَيْف َ اَنْت ُُکُْ مِن ُْکُ وَاِمَام ابْن ُ مَر َْیََ فِي ِْسہ اِذَانَزَل َ عِی How will you be when son of Mary descends among you and he will be your Imām from among you. (Bukhārī, Kitā b A ḥadīth al-A nbiyā , B ā b Nuz ū l ‘Ī s ā Ibn Maryam) (10) The Holy Prophet, may peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him, said, ا ِسہ ابْن َ مَر َْیََ اِمَامَا مَھْد َِیا ح ََکَاا عَدْل ُْکُْ اَن ْ یَّلقہی عی یُوْشِک ْ مَن ْ عَاش َ مِن Anyone who will be alive from among you, will meet Isa son of Mary who is the Imām Mahdī , a Judge and a Justice. (Musnad A ḥ mad bin Ḥ anbal, V. 2, P. 411) (11) The Holy Prophet, may peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him, said about the second coming of Jesus, ٌ َِبٌِّ وَاِنَّہ ٗ َنَزِل ِْنِْ وَبَیْنَہ ٗ ن لَیْس َ بَی There is no prophet between me and him, and he shall desc end. (Abū Dāwūd, Kitābul - Malāhim) (12) The Holy Prophet, may peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him, said ٗ ِّسْی ہ بَعْدَہ ًَلَ ک ِّسْی ہ ف َْصََ بَعْدَہ ٗ و َ اِذَا ھَلَک َ ک ًَلَ قَي َْصَُ ف اِذَا ھَلَک َ قَي There shall be no Caesar after the death of the present Caesar and there will be no Chosroes after the death of the present Chosroes. (Bukhārī, Kitā bul- Īmā n) 39) ؕ ٌ ُ ؕ و َ اُمُہ ٗ صِدِیۡقَۃ ِۡلِِ الرُسُل ٌ ۚ قَد ۡ خَلَت ۡ مِن ۡ قَب ِۡل َ رَسُوۡل َ ؕ مَا الۡمَسِیۡح ُ ابۡن ُ مَرۡیَم َ ا ن ِ الطَعَام ی َ کَانَا یَاۡکُل یی ت ِ ثُم ۡلۡی َُہُُ ا َّی ُِ ل اُنۡظُر ۡ کَیۡف َ نُب یُؤۡفَکُوۡن َ ﴿ َِن ی انۡظُر ۡ ا ﴾ “The Messiah, son of Mary, was no more than a messenger, All messengers before him have passed away. And his mother was a truthful woman. Both of them used to eat food. See how we explain the signs for their good, and see how they are turned away. ”(5 [Al-M ā’idah ]:76) 40) ۤ ہَا ی قَرۡیَۃ ٍاَہۡلَکۡن َٰۤلی و َ حَری م ٌ ع َُہُۡ ۡلَ یَرۡجِعُوۡن َ ﴿ اَن ﴾ “And it is an inviolable law for a township which we have destroyed that they shall not r eturn. ”(21 [Al-Anbiy ā] :96)
