It has been introduced in many coun tries outside Pakistan, and in some it has been properly established. AlhamduliUah, Majlis-e-Shura everywhere is functioning in keeping with the same values which you preserved in Qadian and are now preserving in Rabwah. It is now becoming clearer by the day that the greatest need o f this century is to establish the system o f M ajlis- e-Shura in all countries, in keeping with high traditions and values o f the.
