T he S ystem of M ushawarat in J am A‘ at - e -A hmadiyya 1. Do not say anything which may hurt another person. 2. Whenever the Chair asks you to stop talking, you must stop immediately. All blessings lie in this, and from this emerges a dignified system. 3. Do not speak against one another. Do not even need to speak with reference to one another. 4. If you really have an argument to present, present it at your own turn and finish it within your time. 5. When in doubt, ask about the procedure. 6. Do not leave without permission. 7. A member of the sub-committee cannot speak against the recommendations of the sub-committee, unless he has already handed in a note of dissent. 8. Offer your names when names are invited for speak ing about a proposal. 9. It is improper to ask someone to propose your name (for the sub-committee). There is no harm if you pro pose your own name or that of someone else.
