He ordered the Viceroy of the Yemen to send soldiers to arrest the Holy Prophet saw and bring him to the court of the Emperor. Accordingly the Viceroy sent two officers to Madinah to arrest the Prophet saw. He also gave them a letter addressed to the Prophet saw saying that he should accompany the mess - engers without delay. On reaching Madinah, the officers told the Holy Prophet saw the purpose of their visit. They told him that if he refused to accompany them, he and his people would be destroyed. The Holy Prophet saw of Islam listened to them and told them to see him again the following morning.
