- 66 - LESSON NO. 6 Exercise No. 1 This exercise is the same as the rst exercise of Lesson No. 5. Only turn your hands so that the backs of your hands touch before intertwining the ngers. Exercise No. 2 1. Lie on your back with your arms straight ahead of you. (Figure. 1) 2. While getting up, lift your back, legs and feet simultaneously and touch the toes with your hands. Your legs should be straight throughout this exercise. (Figure. 2) 3. Return to original position. (Figure. 3) (This completes one movement of this exercise)
