- 44 - Supplementary Exercise This supplementary exercise is totally different from the previous one. 1. Stand with your legs joined and arms by your side 2. Jump and spread your legs apart and lift your arms to your shoulders level. 3. Return to your original position with a jump. (This completes one movement of this exercise) NOTE: Just as previously, do ten movements of the above exercise after a simulated run of sixty-ve steps. If you like, you can continue with previous supplementary exercise as well.
