202 THE SHINING LAMP می توان دیدن از و روی خدا نور فرقان می کشد سوی خدا The Light of the Furqān draws one close to God. Through it, one can see the countenance of God. همچو روی او کجا روی دگر ما چه سان بندیم زان دلبر نظر How can we close our eyes to that Beloved? Where is there a face as beautiful as His countenance? یافت از فیضش دل من هر چه یافت روی من از نور روی او بتافت My face has become illumined due to the Light of His countenance; Whatever my heart has attained, it did so only through His beneficence. جان من قربان آن شمس الکمال چون دو چشمم کس نداند آن جمال No one knows as much of His beauty as my eyes have come to know; May my soul be sacrificed upon the Sun of these excellences. دل پرد چون مرغ سوی مصطفی همچنین عشقم به روی مصطفی I have this same kind of love for the person of Mustafa [the Chosen One-Muhammad], My heart flies towards Mustafā like a bird. شد دلم از عشق او زیر و زبر تا مرا دادند از حسنش خبر Ever since I have been given the awareness of his beauty, My heart remains restless in his love.
