It is Hakam, the one whose judgment is ultimate; it is Muhaimin, a compendium of all guidance. Therein is found every argument which one may require. It is this Book which has scattered in defeat the very core of the enemy's might. A Book which covers everything in depth and contains the news of what was and what is to be. Falsehood can attack it not from the front nor from the rear. It is the very light of God Almighty. (Khutba Ilhamiya: Roohani Khaza'in Vol. 16, p. 103) 31
