68. Abu Hurairah, God be pleased with him, relates that the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "I testify in the name of God: He does not believe. I testify in the name of God: He does not believe. I testify in the name of God: He does not believe. ' The Holy Prophet was asked, 'Who does not believe?' He replied, 'He whose neighbour is not safe from his mischief. " (Bukhari) 51
